Construction update
Work moving along well – and we are on schedule for the 1st December hand over. We have roofs and windows across both of the properties – and work has started on the interiors.
The renders give you a great idea of where we will get to at some point soon.

Building Plans Approved by Heritage
In February we had heritage approval for the next stage of Moons Mill – Cape Town. We have started our building project and aim for completion for Dec 01 2023.
Building Work has started
Over the next year we will be adding to the old house (while keeping its historic features) and adding on a pool side pavilion.

Project Braai (ve)
We have taken the big step in July of upgrading the Braai facilities at Moons Mill. A full wood burning stove, gas braai & pizza oven will be in place once we complete.
The location really makes it a wonderful place to Braai.

In order to warm the cockles in the deep mid winter we installed a wood burner in the main room this month.
Project Platypus
Project Platypus – AKA – Moons Mill Outdoor pool/pond is close to completion so we wanted to show some images of how the project has progressed since we started in Feb 2022.
The pool is two metres deep in the middle, thirteen metres wide with over 250,000 litres of borehole water. The pool is very “diveable” from the showpiece rock.
